SAC 2006 will feature a new race course that takes team's close to the famed Crocker Range in the districts of Penampang
and Papar as well as the opportunity to navigate from Island to Island in the Tengku Abdul Rahman National Park consisting
of Manukan Island, Sapi Island and Gaya Island.
A new concept for the 2006 race will see team's spending 2 out of 3 day's back at the race hotel in Kota Kinabalu.
This will give team's the opportunity to recover and prepare for day 2 and 3.
Team's may bring a support crew for the race; your support crew's will be tasked with responsibilities to ensure they
are also active participant's in the event and also get a good insight into the action.
All team's will be encouraged to participate the day after the race in a 1 day trip up the Padas River for Rafting on
grade 3-4 rapid's.
